IS THE CLINIC OPEN AT THIS TIME?

Lake Oswego Health Center IS open for office visits at this time. We serve as a primary care home for many of our patients and are here to ensure medical needs are met. We are also offering telemedicine. If access to in-person office visits changes, we will update this page. Please note, our facebook page may be updated quicker.

Please note: Many of the procedures we offer are unavailable at this time due to a state-wide mandate to cease use of gloves. You can speak with your physician about alternative procedures.

Supplements: Supplements recommended via your telemedicine visits are still available at the clinic and we are happy to bring these to you at curbside or ship. Please note our online supplement store may be out of specific inventory.

If you are exhibiting upper respiratory infection symptoms or other acute illness, please contact us by phone before scheduling a visit.


WHAT MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN TO REDUCE RISK OF EXPOSURE AT LOHC?

We are asking that all patients coming to the clinic for in-person visits call to check in from the parking lot by calling, at which time we will bring them in directly to the treatment room. This allows for social distancing.

We are cleaning the clinic thoroughly two times per day, and treatment rooms between visits.

We are not offering tea or water at this time. Please bring your own beverage. We also have limited use of our bathrooms. Please plan accordingly.


WILL MY INSURANCE COVER A TELEMEDICINE VISIT?

If we are an in-network provider, the answer is “yes” at this time. Regulations have changed in response to social distancing mandates and your physician is able to bill a normal visit code as long as there is video involved in your telemedicine visit.

Any video meeting feature, including phone apps, is acceptable at this time as HIPPA-compliance penalties have been waived.

Co-pays can be paid ahead of time, via phone.

New patient telemedicine visits are allowed if you reside in Oregon.


I AM A CASH PATIENT, CAN I STILL HAVE A TELEMEDICINE VISIT?

Absolutely, and we are currently offering discounted pricing for telemedicine (video or phone only) for established patients due to many of those suffering financial difficulties. $60 for 15 minutes follow up visits and $120 for 30 minutes follow up visits.

New patient telemedicine visits (video must be included) are allowed if you reside in Oregon. Our new patient telemedicine visit price is $300
