Lemon Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
