Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We are unable to offer refunds on health and personal care items. All sales are final.

Exception: If we are out of stock of the product you purchased, we will immediately notify you and issue a refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Other health related personal items

Please do not send your purchase back as we are unable to accept returns on healthcare goods once they have been shipped.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If we have confirmed with you a refund has been issued, and you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company. It may take several days before your refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, send us an email at manager@lakeoswegohealth.com. do not ship the item back. We must receive proof of defectiveness or damage to the product before completing the exchange.
